Welcome to the Douglas D. Beard Consulting Architect portfolio. I have been an Associate Architect in Santa Barbara for over 17 years working collaboratively on each of these projects with Ketzel and Goodman Architects Inc. renowned for their high end residential design and detail work. Prior to that I worked in San Diego as an Associate Architect for an amazing and unique residential designer Ken Ronchetti for 18 years. Now I am working as an independent architect that has been licensed since 1998 and looking to help you create your home to suit your needs and desires.
